  • Our first experience with Sir carpet was amazing, they were prompt, friendly, knowledgable, and of course did an amazing job! The second time wasn't as great. The cleaner did not show when they said they would, when I called, I was told he was close. Long story short, he eventually got there about 3 hours after the end of his 3 hour window. The office was very apologetic though.
