Remember Cameron's house from Ferris Bueller's Day Off? If I recall, the quote was that it was "very beautiful and very cold and you can't touch anything." This place has a little of that vibe to it. Fortunately, the food is excellent.
If you're looking for a lunch spot, and you have friends to impress, I would bring them here. I think the prix fixe menu is up to $25 these days (it used to be something like $20.12 in 2012, etc.), but it is well worth the money. The salmon was absolutely perfect, and you should really try the Greek yogurt dessert. The wait staff is attentive and you'll never see the bottom of your water glass. With wine and tip, you'll probably drop over $100 for a lunch, but you'll be talking about this place for the rest of the day.
