  • Customer service was great, but the quality of my nails was horrible. I got my nails done 2 days before my wedding. I got the gel with an extended tip, which I was told it should last almost 2 months. The flowers broke off (which I expected them to and was told I could go back to get them put on), but the corner of my thumb chipped off also. I went back the next day and got them fixed for free. The morning of my wedding, I only brushed my teeth and hair when I realized my thumb that was fixed the day before was chipped again, but even worse that before it got fixed! Of course I had no time to get it fixed for a second time. The day after my wedding, the tips of two more nails broke off without much effort. So in all, I spent $70 (including pedi) for one nail to last not even 24 hours, and the other two lasted 3 days. Although they were very friendly, no one had much experience in nails and couldn't do designs (flowers were glued on). I may try their other services, but will never go back to them for nails.
