I left this business about an hour and a half ago after checking in for what it turns out to be a severe inner-ear infection. after I paid them the copay I look up on the board and it said that I had an hour and 45 minute wait, so I went back to the desk and asked what was going on. she told me very matter-of-factly that they were going to lunch. As a courtesy to the patient they should be told when they are checking in that they are going to have a very long wait because they are going to lunch. people don't go to urgent care to get their fingernails filed, they go there because they are extremely ill so no one's reading those signs on Doors. she started a side conversation with the delivery man who was bringing in food, ignoring me, so I got a refund. I will tell you this if you go and use this practice you are out of your mind because they do not care about you and they are extremely incompetent and rude. Oh and no one there is a real doctor
