  • Worst!! Don't even consider. False advertising!! They offer 3 room special for $49 what they don't tell you is they charge additional to actually clean the carpets. The guy wanted $350 to actually clean it. Instead he just used water and soaked my carpets. They are not any cleaner and they are still wet today. He came at 9 am yesterday. I called the office at 2 today to complain and never received a response after being asked to text the invoice to the receptionist so she could contact the manager. I really hope my carpets are not ruined. My guy that is going to do my grout came yesterday and actually pulled his hose off the truck and sucked the extra water off my staircase for free. ( and coming to redo my carpets this week - should have used him to begin with) He even said it was a shitty job and was worried about the heat and my carpet stinking and molding. I wish he would done my upstairs hall, didn't even realize it was still soaking wet today 24+ hours later. Crap ass service 0 stars. May even dispute my charges. $49 turned into $126 and no better off steer clear. I hate dishonest people and rip offs. Karma...
