rev:text	I came here (despite my previous negative experience with Kris Taylor) because of the convenience. Apparently I didn't have the right part so they decided to use theirs, and charge me for it without asking first. Didn't give me the part that I had brought in to them back, and when I asked Kris how will I know next time if I have the right parts or not, he replied, "you won't. They just messed up.".... Next time I'll just drive a bit further and go somewhere else.
