By far one of the worse companies I've ever had to deal with. They will do everything possible to avoid paying for anything related to Air conditioning issues. They do not do anything to take care of the customer. They only give excuses for their terrible service. They hire the lowest rated companies to do the work. And you get exactly what you pay for. Multiple times I've made a claim regarding my AC , and the issue would go unresolved until they ran out of excuses. Two separate occasions alone, system was down over two weeks and again for 30 days. And it's one excuse after another. They don't see a problem with leaving a customers AC unit down in the states where the heat reaches trip digits. Anyone that reads this, do yourself the favor, and hire a reputable AC company. Good companies will try to fix the issues the day of. Between reimbursing a 60$ service fee and losing the customer . They'll drop you before they give back any money or remotely try to fix the situation. What does that tell you? Case in point, read their response below. A portable unit , doesn't cool an entire house. And it took a month to repair. But somehow that is good service in their eyes. And at no point , is there any attempt at doing anything to fix the situation. It's just more excuses.
