  • So update on Pool Motor Exchange. After initial installation on 1/2016 6 months later motor died. Called company spoke to Juan and the motor was under the 1 year warranty and was replaced. Sounds like a great review right! Well not so much. After the 2nd replacement, guess what 7 months later MOTOR DIED AGAIN!! I went personally and ask for Juan the owner and he was not there. Spoke with Gloria and explain to her the situation. She went on to say that it couldn't possibly be their MOTORS and most likely it was my electrical system. REALLY!! In less than a year and half 2 motors burned out. Don't use this company unless you want to spend $240 every year replacing your POOL MOTOR. Oh by the way I ask Gloria to have Juan call me, I'm still waiting for Juans call BACK. 2 months later. LOL!!
