I made my appointment. Had to cancel once. The staff is very friendly. The doctor explains all the details and wants to help you. He seems kind and attentive. Dr. Roter allowed me to test out my pair of bifocal contact lenses. I didn't even know such lenses existed. On a return visit, he then tweaks the prescription as needed (no charge for the return visit). My vision is much improved. I can read restaurant menus again! I am very happy with his service.
