rev:text	A good friend of mine was visiting the Las Vegas area, came across this art gallery, was kind enough to think of me and purchased an art piece for a housewarming gift. He gave me the invoice and told me to contact them for tracking information which i did four weeks after he purchased it. I called several times and was told by a woman that answered the phone (when they finally picked up the phone) that the painting had been shipped (she actually put me on hold to look and see if it had been shipped) and that she was going to email me the tracking information at which point I gave her my email address. A week later and still no email so I called again (thinking that I was giving them enough time to get back to me) The same woman answers the phone and I ask her what the tracking information is but this time she says oh I'm sorry the piece that I thought was shipped was the wrong piece and we finally got the order right...Im looking at it right now and its scheduled to be picked up today for shipping....at this point I'm incredibly irritated and tell her that we are no longer interested in this piece...one because no one bothered to call us and inform us that the wrong item was ordered. I told her NOT TO SHIP IT and to have a manager call me. She agreed and told me her manager would call me when he gets in, I never heard from anyone so I called AGAIN this time she says the painting was shipped and that it was on its way!! WHAT?!?!? I just told you I was no longer interested and to refund my friend the money on his card. She proceeded to tell me they were short staffed and hard to fire someone....all of which is not my concern and I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THE MANAGER. Well to make long story short...its now 2 entire months and no painting. They did get a tracking number to my email and it shows its in transit but I no longer want this piece! It was an awful experience and they need to get organized over there! TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give less stars I would!!! Judging from the other reviews on here Im not the only one! They need to get it together!
