  • By FAR the best auto shop I've ever experienced. This family-owned business is forthright about everything they do. If there is something wrong with your car they will not only fix it they will provide you with the information necessary if there are other car issues related to the problem. If there are no other problems, they don't try to scare you into additional services. I am a single woman and have been going to this shop exclusively for 5 years now and will go no where else!!!! You can trust your vehicle to Ketchums! They always feel like an extended family to me.
