(See update) so far...awful. If it's common to take 2.5 hours to get to your appointment; you don't understand how appointments work. If I specify a specific PA/Dr. when the appointment is made and you don't tell me that he has moved on until taking my co-pay and 2.5 hours later that's some sheisty customer service. Update: ok...better. really thorough if you are. Open and versed in many treatment options.
