  • Best of the old time longstanding Henderson restaurants for good reason: Excellent authentic tasty Mexican cuisine. Service can be a bit slow when things become extra busy at El Torito. However, if this happens, they are always apologetic and polite, plus the food is so good that its worth the wait. The dining area over on the far left side is roomy enough to handle a large party of maybe 20 to 25 guests. They also have private window booths for romantic couples out to enjoy extra tasty home cooked Mexican food. You gotta try the Albondigas Soup at least once in your lifetime; it is so tasty, filling and delicious! Some of the tables and chairs might squeak a little bit sometimes, but overall this place is kept clean, the staff is very friendly, your order is taken with a smile, and when it arrives at your table served piping hot, it smells wonderful!
