  • Not the best reponse time. I posted photos of our conversation. Texted vidoes and photos on a Wednesday Morning. He sent a read receipt and didn't respond until Thursday night asking what we needed done. We had a 20 minute conversation Tuesday evening about what needs to be done. Sunday night rolls by I had to text him again. All for him to say they do not perform these services. Last Tuesday he said they do anything pertaining home repairs as long as it's not home theatre. Me sending him phitos and videos was for him to ensure he had parts for it. Juan in a million service huh? Yeah try again.
