  • Brought my Daughter in for a stress test with an appointment time of 12:15. As requested we arrived at 11:45 to fill out paperwork etc. There were two people ahead of her in the lobby at that time. By her appointment time five more people had arrived. The two ahead of her and all five that came after were taken in and treated. Two more came in and one of the two was taken back. My daughter finally was called one and one half hours after her appointment time, not even a reason for the delay or a sorry. Prior to this the staff argued with her Doctors Office about the referral, losing the first one. If your insurance carrier will allow you to go elsewhere I would HIGHLY recommend it.
