Hmm, how do I begin?
Well for one, they did not try to even get in contact with my insurance company, now I have to call them and this is where the review comes in to play.
I have been on hold for 40 minutes! Do you have only one person answering the calls?! But oh they can help you pay your bill RIGHT AWAY. It turns out it's the health insurance part that they avoid.
Then I hung up and called again, I waited 35 minutes and thought, well if they can make me wait over an hour then surely I can write. Review in the mean time.
And on another note, your call waiting music sucks.
