  • Flaky. It seems like every time I have a question/request, I have to follow up several times just to get them to acknowledge me. This last time I emailed them twice over a course of 1.5 weeks, and eventually had to call, only to find out that they were no longer managing my complex. Disappointed that they couldn't take the 2 seconds to email me back with this info and chose to ignore me instead. Oh well, good riddance, I wonder if this is why you were fired by my HOA?
