  • Don't even think of living here. This place should be condemned. From the drug dealers, bed bug infestation to peeping tom's who are registered sex offenders our year stay at this place was hell. Everything leaks, A/C always broken and we always slept with one eye open due to our concern for our personal safety. The manager Diana is lazy, rude and a liar. She'd rather take a two hour nap at lunch than answer the phone or provide any customer service to the tenants. She never followed thru on any requests and is completely ignorant to Arizona landlord/tenant law. She is actually hostile to tenants. About six months into our stay, I began to get very ill. When we moved out we discovered black mold underneath some furniture in the bedroom which had spread from the block wall onto the carpet. I'm still trying to recover my health from this experience. We moved out over six weeks ago and have yet to receive an accounting statement or a deposit return. This place preys on its tenants. No one is the better for having lived here. Worst place I've ever lived. Stay very far away.
