  • Our dog had been staying at a large chain owned and newer pet hotel (in Scottsdale) for several years. In the last few months, they started telling us how he would throw up and exhibit stress symptoms during his stays (anywhere from 4-7days). Never had our happy dog done this before. One of his last stays there, they actually put him in their pet hospital --called us after they put him there--only to tell us he needed lost $400+ in tests (all proved negative) because they thought he was not walking correctly. His stay at this hotel happened 3 days after the vet gave him a clean bill of health at his wellness check. We were out of town and basically had to agree to treatment since we could not pick him up. This was enough for us. After we returned, we looked and researched to find the best quality pet hotel we could find. We are soooo happy we found D Pet Hotel ! Our guy came home last night from a week long stay at D Pet Hotel. He was happy, clean and jumped right back into his home routine. D Pet Hotel sent us pictures every day. He never was sick there, ate his food and treats and played daily in their beautiful play facility. I am glad I trusted my instincts and moved him. We will never return to the previous pet hotel. We will always bring him to D Pet hotel!
