  • I agree with a lot of these people on here, if I could give them a corner of a star; that should be a big warning to people. I have been a tenant within these crooks since 2014, and let me tell it has been hell from day one. Everything in my place was rigged up, they hate fixing things; then on top of that the first property manager that I had was charging me bogus late fees, and when I went to pay my rent I seen her crooked self got the boot. But that leaves the rest of the crooks you have to deal with. Take everyone's advice do not rent from these people. I have been dealing with a mold issue, for the longest, doors have fallen off the hinges, the stair railing has came off, the fans are falling apart. I mean everything in this place needs to be replaced but now I guess they are trying to raise my rent to get me out. And when I first moved in all of the neighbors told me it took years for someone to move in until the "fool" me took the bait. Do not fall for the bait!!!! No stars from me That's what saving no grace can get from me!!
