  • I went to East Grove Dental for about five years (and only switched because we moved). Dr. Reid was very compassionate and patient with me, as I was a basket-case who hadn't been to a dentist in twenty years. I had a lot of catching-up to do, and he stayed on top of it and was encouraging all the way. The front desk staff is not the warmest bunch, and there was an error made with the scheduling that cost me a bunch of money (I needed tons of work done but my insurance only covered a certain amount each year, and we had planned to stretch it out so that I would only have to pay the bare minimum out-of-pocket). I had the same hygienist the entire time, Rita, and I can't recommend her highly enough. She was extremely nice and always very professional.
