  • I decided to check this place out due to the high recommendations from many of my friends. However, in all honesty, I just wasn't impressed. The flavor of my rose milk tea was very bland, as if it was made solely with powder. The taste of rose was also very light. When I saw it on their list of most recommended drinks, I expected some sort of a BANG! A burst of flowery taste in your mouth. My bf ordered the sea salt milk tea, which of course, is nowhere near as good as the sea salt bomb you get at Brew Tea Bar. I know I shouldn't compare the two, but it does not change the fact that we could barely taste the sea salt and felt like they totally went stingy with it. Granted, this shop is known for their egg waffles; this is actually what I came here to try. However, even that was very underwhelming. The egg waffle came cold, soggy, and NOT like what other reviewers have experienced them to be. I expected something warm, fluffy, easy to break apart. What I had was something along the lines of rubber. On the other hand, at least the pocky and ice cream is good. Don't think I'll be coming back.
