  • Bad customer service. Save your money and go to GrandMart!! I only shop at this Mid K if I have to. I have a medical condition that causes me to need to wear wigs. The staff follows you around and gives dirty looks like you are going to steal. They make me feel uncomfortable to shop for wigs. They are not compassionate or understanding to my condition. I left that store 2 times due to bad customer service and I spent $400 each time at another store that had good customer service.
