  • This is a great venue, lots of beer hall style seating and large Tv's all around. The beer is ok at best but beggars can't be choosers sometimes. However the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. On the Carolina Panthers Home playoff game day the brewery closed early during the game! I came in with 7 people and we had plans to meet another 5 at cabarrus for the game. When we arrived I saw another decent size group leaving and heard rumblings about the "closing early during a panthers playoff game". We approached the bar and asked. The person waiting. On us clearly annoyed at the question said they were closing at 7 and cared not that the game would still be on. A manager type looked on from a table and said nothing. They in turn lost a group of 12-15 customers not to mention the ones we saw leaving before us. Some business advice would be to swallow your pride and stay open when you have people willing to spend money In your establishment. Also you're in North Carolina. It's the biggest game of the year. Smdh.
