  • We were so impressed with the professionalism and quality of work provided by New Crete. We live in a retirement community and when we need work done on our home we spend countless hours researching businesses to complete the job. Our first contact with New Crete was with Cheri. From the beginning, she was professional, caring, and reliable. When Cheri said she would follow up with us, we could depend on her to do so. Glen, the Sales Manager, was extremely helpful. We were undecided about the product we needed to select for our driveway, all sidewalks, and our patio. Glen discussed with us the pros and cons of each of the products offered by New Crete. He gave us a cost estimate on the product we selected. He was very knowledgeable about the warranty, installation, and strength of the product. Sergio and his crew were with us from beginning to the end of the installation. These men worked incredibly long hours in 117-degree heat (we live in Las Vegas, Nevada). They were considerate, efficient, and skillful. They did an amazing job of clean up. We could not have asked for anything more. There was an issue with an exterior GFI that shut off power to a backyard outlet and to a room in the house. Marcos and Shawn came out and painstakingly diagnosed the problem, then corrected the situation immediately. They were both very skillful and we were grateful for their expertise. We absolutely love our new sidewalks, driveway, and patio. We would not hesitate to recommend New Crete.
