  • This is a nice, clean station. Employees are nice and there is plenty of seating. Cons: trains always late!! Good weather, bad weather, holidays, everyday. Passenger Trains stop to give right of way to freight trains. Just keep that in mind if you are on a tight schedule add at least one/two hours each way. Champaign has plenty of cafes and pubs within walking distance of the train station.
