My 6 year old daughter and I went here as part of our mommy daughter date yesterday. I never knew how awful an experience getting frozen yogurt could be until we went here.
When we arrived talk radio was blaring extremely loud. The guy working gave us our 2 sample cups and I knew right away I would need to ask for more, but the radio was way too loud to try and speak over; so we went to use our 2 cups.
My six year old didn't want the flavors she tried so I went back to the counter to ask for more sample cups. The guy was on the phone now and gives me a confused what do you want look. I asked for more sample cups. He tells the person on the phone to hold on then gives me a condescending lecture about how they offer those 2 samples as a promotion. I said ok so do you have a limit of 2 samples? He tells me no they don't limit it to 2, that they offer 2 as a courtesy. I am confused at this point and am still unsure where the problem is. I told him ok can we have some more so my daughter can find a flavor she likes? He reluctantly gives me 2 more cups.
I start walking back to give them to my daughter, but he keeps talking about why they only give 2 samples. They use it as a way to brag to their customers about how much effort they put into the flavors, and on and on. Now it is awkward because me and my daughter are trying to decide which flavors to use our measly 2 cups on and he keeps aggressively interjecting.
Finally he stops and we pick a flavor. Then we start adding the toppings and he is starring at us the entire time. Then he starts rudely, aggressively interrupting us every 10 seconds to promote the water they sell, or are we finding everything, do have any questions etc. all while my daughter is trying to tell me what she wants and what she needs help reaching and pouring. She could not get 2 words in before he would interrupt her again.
We could not wait to get out of there and will never ever go back! Definitely my worst customer service experience ever, which is crazy because it's pretty hard to ruin a fun experience like getting frozen yogurt with a 6 year old!
