  • I lived in these apartments for 3 years. Due to change in managers, and leasing agents, this property has went down the dumps. My main complaint was the unprofessionalism with Renee and the inadequate leasing agents, that never really know the current policy's or seem to just make up rules. No communication, they no longer take payments in the office (you have to pay online for additional $$), property damage is at the highest since no security on site anymore, water leaks in all buildings are common, and They also have raised the rent to outrageous rates for the area. All I can say is good luck, if this property is your choice.
