  • Charles was great, I needed a water heater replaced. He gave me a quick estimate over the phone which was very reasonable, and politely said to call back if I wanted to use him. I appreciated the price he quoted and really appreciated the lack of a hard sale that I got from a lot of other people so I went with him immediately. He showed up within the 30 minute window he promised. He took hit time to do it right and he even explained a lot of stuff to me as I watched him work. I am a wannabe do it yourselfer who was not up to this task, so this was nice getting some pro tips. Oh, and he was able to use a tube from my old heater that was newer and still in perfect condition so he took off $25 from the original quote. I will use him again and recommend him to friends and family. One downside. If you want to pay with a credit card you will have to pay a 2.5% premium, so give him a check and save yourself a few bucks.
