  • After a long grueling morning of meetings with the team, we decided to call it a morning and grab lunch! Our regional director was in town and wanted to go somewhere decent. Our boss suggested Lola's. I have to admit I was really looking forward to it. Nothing like good Louisiana food. We started off with the oysters. No complaints. I love oysters and these bad boys were on point. The course was the Catfish and Grits because my boss raved about it. They were okay. The fish was very jello in its texture. Maybe I haven't had catfish in forever but that's not something I remembered about it. The grits were okay. Overall, I wasn't so satisfied with my meal but I do intend to return to try the jumbolaya. Will update this when I do. Overall, nice place and nice staff. Tricky location to find, you have been warned.
