I can't review them for cleaning because unfortunately I had to cancel my one year contract I purchased through Groupon when they didn't show up to clean my home for my first appointment. I tried calling them through two seperate numbers, I would say "hello, hello" and they stated they were not able to hear me both times. I text them and asked them to call me but when I answered the phone they didn't say anything and hung up. I then text them to let them know I will have to cancel my subscription and what do you know I got a call from them and they could hear me. They were very apologetic and offered to give me a free service but I just had a bad feeling from the get go due to some other administrational bumps. I don't have time for the hassle. Who knows what was going on?
I also found that it would be difficult to schedule an appointment through their online system as the arrival time is a four hour window instead of a two hour window. If I need to leave for work at 12 they would need to arrive no later than 10am. When I called to let them know I would need an arrival time between 8-10, they did accommodate me. Lastly, they do not have hours on the weekend.
