We attended on a busy Saturday night.
So first off I'm a huge lover of haunted houses and I am super picky about them. I thought this place would be so different then what it was.
We decided to buy tickets online with the SKIP THE LINE PASS and I am SO glad that we bought Skip The Line or we would have been standing in line all night and we didn't have to wait in a single line which was awesome! We walked right in to each and everything including the hayride... Now the hayride...lets talk about this...
It was not scary at all in my opinion, It was more like a scary story told by a very funny guy who made the whole trip bearable, if it wasn't for him it would have been a major bore.
Just some random people in masks nothing scary about the hayride at all.. I wouldn't pay for it again and I don't recommend standing in line for hours to get on it. There had to be 200+ people in line for it when we walked up and we walked right past them all for $20. Perfect!
The 5 other haunted houses were "cool" I wouldn't use the word scary. The set ups were great and the detail to things was amazing to see, My favorite had to be the bunker one with the aliens. The detail in the haunt was nice.
The clown one was not fun at all...Pretty much paying for random people to verbally abuse you and make fun of you. There was not any "clowns" I was expecting the clowns like the ones roaming around the fear farm with the crazy color hair and the awesome outfits and light up chainsaws Instead I got run down, boring clowns that was not scary at all.
The haunts are cool because they go out into the corn field which was awesome.
I guess another reason why it wasn't scary was because we were pushed through like cattle and the people five steps in front of you ruined it all, You already knew what was coming because of them .
They had food and drinks which was a nice touch and you could buy merchandise and take pictures with the awesome clowns, they also had a fortune teller! :)
Parking was a nightmare, we had to walk I think a mile just to get back to front gate.
and No vaping in the gates? wtf is that!? We are outside! It said something about $5 parking and $3 walk up but we didn't ever have to pay anything, No one was taking our money... Unless that was for something else.
All in all I would not go back....If you do go I recommend buying your tickets online and DONT LET YOUR PHONE DIE.
Also spend the extra $20 to get skip the line, you wont regret it especially if Its a busy weekend night.
