  • HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We rented a vehicle here due to the price being $50 less than Hertz and Enterprise, mistake. The car smelled of smoke and the car was dirty upon pick-up. They happen to also charge a penalty if you return the car dirty or smelling like smoke! We had to turn around after picking up the vehicle because of the smoke smell, didn't want to be charged the penalty. Upon returning the car we expressed our concerns about the vehicle. The agent never once apologized or acknowledged that they could have done a better job in cleaning out the car before renting. If you live in Centennial Hills don't waste your time with these guys. Hertz and Enterprise may charge a little more but you get what you pay for.
