  • Again front desk can't answer phones at 11:15 a.m. so we drove over to make an appt 13 days from now for a prescription review. Again, front desk is eating...gross... then gives you the stink eye as you hand the phone to them to say can we now make an appt since we drove over? Teresa has ruined this front desk and now down to one Doc and one PA.. This staff does not want any business. Sad after 18 years , this place has gone to the worst.. Dialing up another Doctor.. One who actually cares and knows what is going on .... ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
