  • After using Presidential over twenty times round trip and even requesting certain drivers, we are officially done using them. While the Internet rate of $90 was available online, service was delayed in our connecting airport so I called directly. I got what sounded like a disgruntled employee who was having some sort of conversation in the background with other workers/friends? Very simple, as usual my wife and I would grab a sedan and book it round trip. Well, the jerk on the phone decides to play cute with me and says I will just give you an Escalade (no need for). Ready to book, I asked if it was same price and response was a laugh and "No, that will be approx $145". When told I didn't need an Escalade, he stated "Oh Well". Here is the moral of the story : Be careful what customers you drive away because someone else will always be waiting to pick up the slack. Loyalty apparently means nothing to Presidential and that's ok. With tips front and back and a $100 with tax charge, we have spent $140 for the last ten trips we have taken. Ended up using a ride service to and from Caesars, $60 with tips. Hope you had a good laugh joker, won't be laughing when there are no customers to joke about. Ha Ha Ha
