  • The Management Trust is unethical and crooked as evidenced by having one of their employees Nick F of Boston (those unethical Beaners sure lie a lot) post an undeserved and biased 5 star rating with nothing else listed to justify the 5 start rating. The only thing to go with the fake 5 star rating is the PR nonsense of: The Management Trust - Arizona is proud to serve HOA and condo associations in communities in the state of Arizona. THIS is BULL and that rating should be removed! I live in one of the communities burdened with The Management Trust. The property manager is Jessica who is lazy, dense, and only looks for ways to fine the residents to pad the company's profit line. She has done ZERO to try to make my community a better place, as she spends what little time she does when she drives by trying to find every little possible violation to increase her company's profits. Beware of this lousy company and RUN from them and their crummy, lazy, and stupid property managers when you can. Do not give them a new contract when the old one runs out!!! You will be glad you did.
