I had a few problems with my stay. I was supposed to be there for a week but after one night we had to check out. The first problem was the air-conditioning in my room would not work, only heat, the second problem is we had no hot water. In the morning when I woke up the air-conditioning was still not working in the water was the best lukewarm.
I did not contact the staff that night because I didn't check in to the hotel until very late. At 6:30 the next morning we were checking out and was told they were going to charge us $75 fee to check out early. They sent an engineer up to the room and determined everything was working perfectly? Nicole R. ,the front desk manger, was called and "waived" the fee to "allow" me to check out of this aging hotel that needs an upgrade and better customer service. This Hilton Honors member won't be back.
