| - Went to the store around 9:30 am today. Jose was the only person at the store. He wasn't at the counter when I walked in, he crawled out of back room a few minutes after I got in. I informed him that I need to send two packages back and that I have all the labels etc with me. He was standing by the register, completely uninterested in what I was saying and then said that he cannot help me with anything. I had to ask him to show me where the tape was, to provide plastic holders for the label...each time I asked him something, he just pointed to the items, and told me it was not my job to assist me. I kid you not! I hate to give this store a one start rating, because most of his colleagues are really helpful, but I'm doing it hoping that someone really pays attention to this, and sends this guy Jose to some sort of customer service training. Or make it simple, team him up with other teammates and have them show him how customer needs to be treated. To make a long story short, if you stumble upon this Jose guy, do yourself a favor and walk out. He is beyond horrible. I'll stop by the store again in hopes to catch his manager and have a talk with him.
