| - 11/18/2016Update: 1 year ago I had an awful experience, see below. I came here because it's the closest one by far and just needed an oil change. I scheduled an appointment 1 week ago for 8am. I show up at 7:50, "can I help you" is the initial greeting. Um ok. Well no appointment was made on their behalf. So I speak with someone else, same greeting "can I help you?" yes I scheduled a oil change and he's saying there's no appointment. Guy looks for my name, nothing and says again "what can we do?" are you serious? An oil change. I told him I wanted to speak with his boss. I've been waiting 30 minutes now to speak with someone as I sit upstairs in the lobby. This place is an absolute joke. Will never come here again. 3 times is a trend, not a mistake.
Where to start with this one. I went into the Express Service on Monday, June 4th for my 30k service. Was helped by Mitch right away, seemed like a good guy. Knew I would have to wait a few hours so I waited in the waiting room. That was pretty lacking, the cable didn't work, they didn't have and snacks(the first VW I have been to where they didn't offer any free snacks) but that is not really important stuff. Finished up and headed home. After a few days I noticed there was a fairly significant leak under my car(oil). Called in and talked with Hunter. Told me to bring it in and they will take care of it and he would fill my gas tank for having to drive back(Filled my gas tank the day before) Came in today June 5th to have them fix this. Hunter was on lunch and I spoke with the girl at the Service counter. She said he is on lunch so she went and grabbed another guy. Not sure where he went, but he left and did not acknowledge me. When he came back, again he did not acknowledge me. So waited for about 15 minutes before Hunter showed up. Spoke about what was happening, reminded me that he would fill the car up with gas and asked if i wanted the car washed. I said it didn't really matter because it has been raining on and off today. While waiting Hunter came upstairs and spoke with another customer. He did not acknowledge me or give an ETA. I had to stop him and ask him what the status is. It took them around 45 minutes to tighten the oil drain plug.... So finishing up, walking towards the registers two of the other employees were just hanging around leaning on the counter in the way. Hunter says there is no charge for today just need a signature.(Duh I would not have paid anything anyways) Also mentions that the gas tank was "pretty full" then said something like go drive around and come back and we will fill it up.... I live about 30 minutes away on a good day. So they didn't wash the car(whatever) they didn't even top it off with gas regardless of how little it would have taken to fill up. The wait was way too long for what the issue was. The customer service was terrible and awkward at times. Needless to say, I will not be a returning customer at this location.
