  • First, before I say what I stopped everything in my day to say is the food there is great.Being a regular I know that the staff works extremely hard but unfortunately it's because they are unethically forced too.I just got off the phone with the only manager I have ever had a quarrel with and his name is Justin.The phrase "A wolf in sheeps clothing" has never applied more to anyone I have conversed with in my life.He for one,bullies the staff around but thinks it's ok to do so because he's smiling.I say this because I've witnessed his "management" first hand and he has the vocabulary capability of a pirate holding a whip above his ship.He uses inappropriate language with those poor workers on a daily basis and it is not acceptable behavior in any line of work let alone the service industry.I personally had a conversation with him and he told me flat out that "I didn't know what I was talking about","That I could go look it up if I didn't know better", and followed it up with hanging up on me on the phone.I have never witnessed such pompous, degrading, belittling, and stubborn behavior from any individual in any line of work in my life.So, I took the time out of my day to articulate the situation to all of the customers properly and let them know about "JUSTIN".Had Justin had more of a vocabulary at his dispense,more patience and better customer service,then this would not be posted.Everyone else there is 5 stars except for him and he doesn't have a place in there as a host let alone a manager.I hope the owner gets to read this so he knows how this person is behaving and treating both the customers and the employees in such audacious manner.
