  • Just moved to Arizona and had to deal with changing my licence and car registration. After going on the AZ DMV site to look up what is needed (the site gets a negative 1 star btw) I was thinking it was going to be a nightmare at the DMV. Wait time was very short and got helped by a lady who goes by GiGi (Gioacchina Martino). Talk about an AWESOME person, very helpful, smile on her face the entire time to where if it did take a long time, one would be patient. I was in and out very quickly it seemed. GiGi was great, even helping out some of the newer DMV staff so that others did not have to wait. If every visit to the DMV could be like this, people would no longer relate going to the DMV with the dentist LOL.
