  • We have had nothing but problems with this company since our move in in November. Currently, our home has no heat. And we have a newborn baby. It went out on Saturday but wasn't considered an emergency because it's April. However, the outdoor temp has been in the 30s and 40s with rain, sleet and snow. After being told no one would respond until Monday, we then found out they couldn't come out until Tuesday. This is on top of the fact that we have been waiting to have our refrigerator fixed for months. After weeks of waiting and leaving many messages, a man came out and simply put blocks under the front of the fridge to tilt it back. This solved the problem of the doors not staying closed but they still don't seal. It also took multiple techs over a period of a few weeks to get the fireplace working, and it still doesn't work well. Also, pieces of our deck are loose and they didn't fix that but they reinforced a railing and left it unpainted and it's a total eye sore. So tired of this company! Their maintenance and customer service are useless!
