  • Was in town for a conference, and found this place on Mills Ave. Cover is $6 (discount if you have a student ID), but we were given a voucher for free admission for 2 while walking on Mills Ave so that was great. The atmosphere is your typical college bar. Drinks are served in plastic cups. They bring people up on stage if they are there celebrating something, and once in a while all the servers (4 of them on a Sat night) will go up and do a dance number. If you can get a table it will be a lot more enjoyable, and we were lucky enough to get one due to being at the right place at the right time. The piano players (4 of them) go through a rotation, and they all had a different style. I would go back again if given another free admission voucher.
