I've never received such horrible & unprofessional service until my experience today with the Walgreens Pharmacy. I called on 5/26 & a gentleman at the pharmacy confirmed receiving my dog's prescription (my dog has trouble breathing) however the medication will not be at the store until Tuesday 5/30.
By that date, I have not received a text about the Rx but gave it a few more days. I called back on Saturday 6/3 & that's where it all started.
Maria picked up the phone & I told her the situation. She said "we just received the Rx yesterday". Well that was either a blatant lie or she's just that incompetent that she can't even read dates correctly. Then she starts giving me an attitude as if I'm the one lying. By then, I'm frustrated. I then asked her to call the other Walgreens to see if they have it. She then says "okay" & hangs up on me.
I called back & Daniella picks up. She puts me on hold & helped me resolve the issue & clarified everything for me. Thank you, Daniella.
Maria could've done the same but instead was incompetent & rude the whole time. She obviously did not make any effort to help me with my issue & instead of being professional about it, hung up on me.
I also sent a complaint to their corporate office about Maria. Im pretty understanding & was okay with them not having my dogs Rx. However, she provided no explanation, lied, was rude, & hung up on me.
