AMENDED BELOW: I went to get my screen reattached, it seemed like I was putting the kid out of his way. He "fixed" it but then ran after me to tell me he forgot to put two of the screws back into place. So $47 later I get home and the screen comes back off. I go back, same kid, I asked if there was a warranty, he said "30 days but I can just re glue it but it will probably come off again" so I asked what should i do? He told me to replace the screen.. ok well I paid already to have it fixed but now he wants $90 dollars to replace the screen. I asked if I had some credit seeing as tho I already paid to have this fixed? He knocked off a few dollars.. IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN FREE OR DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! So I KNOW I'm being ripped off at this point but I just want my phone fixed...anyway so I pay, after driving around looking for an ATM (CASH ONLY BTW) only to get home to find he must have used an OLD screen to replace my old one!! my screen now has a blank spot on it and I know if I go back they will just want another $100 and tell me it's my fault it happened just like the last two times..I'm NOT GOING BACK and I would advise none of u do either unless you like making multiple trips and paying lots of money only to have your phone more broken than it was to begin with! Oh and thanks for the SMILING customer service! I'm being nice giving 2 stars..: should be a negative star option. RIP OFF!
UPDATED I got a message from the owner who seemed sincere and come to find out he was. He invited me back to repair the phone properly. At first I wasn't going to waste anymore money miles or time. I ended up going back and the same associate from before greeted me with a huge smile and told me he was sorry for the inconvenience he would fix it fight this time for free. I got my phone back and it looks good as new PLUS I know it's not much but Ari threw in a free case for my trouble, I initially wasn't going to take it but maybe it covered part of my gas getting back there lol. ANYWAY these are good people and I'm going to write this off as they were just having a bad week. But I'd like to sincerely thank Ari and his employee for doing the RIGHT THING in the long run and making sure I was taken care of promptly after their mistake thanks again!
