  • I wish I could give Fajitas 10 stars, it's my favorite restaurant in the Valley. I've been coming here since I was 7 years old...1987!! The food is spectacular... in fact, it's what I've always judged ALL fajitas on (as in, "yeah these Chilis fajitas are ok.. but they're not FAJITAS fajitas!") I introduced my husband to Fajitas back in 2001 and it quickly became his gold standard for fajitas as well. The chicken is seasoned and cooked perfectly and the tortillas! Omg the tortillas! I could eat them all day. Even the chips and salsa are perfect. The staff is always friendly too! On a personal note-I also love that the place has not changed in 30 years. I cannot tell you how much I love being able to step back in time like that. I open that door, I'm hit with the delicious aroma and I'm a kid again. We were there last week and they had 80s music playing .. it brought back so many memories of Metrocenter , Golf N' Stuff (err.. Castles & Coasters)! Awesome. :) Here's to 30 more years!!!
