  • We have had a policy many years with this company and it all started with JoAnn. We have all different policies, auto, motorcycle, life insurance , rental etc. and even though it's competitive and good pricing the service hasn't been great. Along the years they have promised thing for example when we were buying a vehicle and wanted a quote on insurance for how much it would be they quoted us an amount . Well we got the car and when the change happened they didn't put it in as a change of vehicle but cancelled our whole policy and started a new one and the rate of insurance for the car changed completely. Every time they have promised us a price or quote on something it has never been what they said. We never pay a consistent rate and our pricing jumps every month. It has never stayed the same rate and just continues to increase. My husband had a bike accident and handled his complete accident and claim online not one phone call or email check in. I got hit by a driver and they called (Stacy) to check in on me. The SAME day another person (Vanessa )left me a message about my husbands bike policy, saying requirements or something had changed and wanted to know if we wanted to change the uninsured motorist from $25,000 to $50,000. Like really I was just in a car accident,where I was Injured but thanks for your concern. Incorrect paperwork slips through the cracks like no lien-holder or incorrect one on policy paperwork or rental insurance not having our property management company on it. And these things go unnoticed for long periods of time. At the end of the day all this agency cares about is how much money they are making and how many policies they are selling you. I liked this agency when we were first with them and when JoAnn was much smaller. 2 stars for the competitive pricing and beginning service we received when we first started with them.
