My expectations at clinics are typically low, but after arriving to an appointment at the Case dental school right on time and then waiting over 4 hours for my scheduled appointment, I have a whole new standard for hospital dread. It's as miserable as a free clinic, except it's not even free. The same waiting room full of crying children experience as a free clinic. I didn't enjoy being the guinea pig for a student who had never placed a vein before, but in all truth I knew what I was getting myself into when I signed up to have teeth extracted at a dental school. Fortunately I was put under and remember nothing after that.
This place is not worth going to unless you have no other options.
