  • Overall I had a good experience when I was here for a bluegrass concert. All of the employees were very nice an helpful. They realized that most people were here for the first time. I thought that the sound and lighting was very good. Off course the bass wasn't pushed to the limit for a bluegrass concert like it would be for an edm event. I thought they had a good selection of craft beers for a decent price. The ticket window on 4th ave was a long way from the entrance to the venue on the west side of the building. Also, I paid extra to be in the mezzanine because I thought that included a barstool seat along the rail. I was wrong, you have to pay extra for the reserved barstools.
