| - I recently brought in my 2009 Cadillac CTS (3.6L Fuel injected V6) for a standard lube, oil and filter change and tire rotation. Angie Benjamin is my service representative, she is an absolute rock star. Her service is the primary reason I continue to bring my Cadillac back to the dealer, even though it is out of warranty and I could probably save money going to a garage closer to home, where we take our other vehicles.
Angie walked me through some additional items that required attention including balding tires which were a safety hazard. (Yes, I should have caught that)
In addition, my vehicle only has 41K miles on it, so Angie worked with Coulter management and GM to provide service to repair faulty parts that SHOULD NOT HAVE GONE bad, including two fuel injectors, a door lock actuator, a coolant pump that was causing a antifreeze leak and a tire pressure sensor that was broken. I paid a low deductible via their customer care program and saved just under $3K.
I was very frustrated with the problems with the CTS, the vehicle is paid off and again, has low miles so these problems should NOT be occurring.
While my opinion of Cadillac (GM) quality is a bit shaken, my opinion on the dealership and SPECIFICALLY, Angie Benjamin's ability, customer service and honesty keep me coming back.
I would give five stars, but I don't know that I would recommend a GM product. (I miss my Honda)
